Thankfulness

First. let me say how grateful I am to each and every one of you for your prayers and well wishes. What a wonderful and supportive group of friends I have here in Blogland and I thank God for you.

One reason I hadn't already asked for prayer is because I felt that what I'm dealing with is just a minor little thing compared to what a lot of you are going through. But I also feel that the Lord has given me a wake up call here and now it's up to me to do something about it, with His help and the prayers of those who care about me.

Mary%27s+Blogging+Award--From Betty

Now on to cheerful things! Jennifer at dust bunny hostage gave me this award a few days ago. Even though I'm just getting around to picking it up, I appreciate it very much. I met Jen when she first started her blog and I was immediately drawn to her....probably because of that magnetic personality of hers! When I visit there I always get a blessing, a smile, or a belly laugh and sometimes all these emotions from one post! I love this girl!! Thank you so much, Jen, for acknowledging our friendship with this award.

Many of you have asked to see new pictures of Josie. Well, today was the debut of her first studio pictures and her Mommy sent me the proofs to view. Even though they can't be enlarged you can get an idea of how she's growing and changing. My sweet baby is already 7 weeks old!

Now I'm off to visit all of you and catch up on all I've missed the past few days.

Congratulations on your award. You deserve it very much.

I hope you are feeling better and that your body is finally adjusting to the medication you are on for diabetes.

Oh, the baby is beautiful and her eyes! I love babies. Thanks for sharing these wonderful photos.

I'm sorry I didn't realize you were having some health issues. I have been quite ill since last Friday and am just now beginning to feel better. I think it may have been pneumonia, but am not sure. Like you, a doctor is a last resort. I do go every 3 months for my diabetic checkup and to renew my meds. Otherwise, as long as my blood sugar levels are fine, I stay away.

I'm going to go and see if you have an email addy on your profile. If not, can you go to my profile and email me, please.

Prayers speeding toward heaven for your health.

Blessings,
Mary

Such a pretty baby! They grow so quickly.

I hope that you're finally adjusting to the new meds. It takes a while.

Good Morning Hope,
Now let me tell you, no prayer is too big or too small to ask for. Even tho others have bigger prayer request's, in GOD'S eyes, yours is just as big. Never be afraid to ask for a prayer request. Okay, I'll quit preaching now. LOL. "CONGRATUALTION'S" on your very well deserved Award. You are very deserving of it. Josie is just adorable and she is growing like a weed. "THANK YOU" for sharing them with us. How much does she weigh now? I can't believe it's already been 7 weeks. Where does the time go? I have a doctor's appointment today myself. I have to go back and have my blood sugar tested as it's time for my re-fills as well. I do hope your body is starting to adjust to the meds you are taking. We got a tad bit of Snow here yesterday morning. It wasn't even a dusting, but it was some Snow. I took a picture of it with my Cell Phone and you will just have to wait and see it on Friday. LOL. I know I'm mean. LOL. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.

Love & Hugs,
Karen H.

I'm stopping in from Betty's This and That. She wrote you were going through some rough times so I just wanted to let you know I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Little Josie is so cute. I just had a new granddaughter on Feb. 9. Her name is Caramia.
