Thankful...

snow by the creek

O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever. Psalms 136:1

(I've been asked about this picture. It was taken by Dave from the train he was on. He took it with his cell phone! This area is near Natural Tunnel, VA)

Hey Hope. Thinking about you today - I hope all is well in your kneck of the woods. I love the Psalms...it seems that I can always hear God telling me something that I need to know when I turn to them. Great choice of scripture and imagery! - Jennifer

Good Afternoon Hope,
I'm glad you got you a cup of Coffee. I was sleeping, so I didn't hear you when you stopped by. LOL. I still have laundry to do, but I will get it done before the day is over with. I have been sleeping off and on since about 7:00a.m. If I don't get much sleep, well I'm very grouchy. Just ask the girls. LOL. That is a beautiful picture. Is that near you? "THANK YOU" for sharing such a beautiful picture with us and a wonderful verse as well. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.

Love & Hugs,
Karen H.
P.S. Maybe you need to let the kids know that you and your DH needs some alone time. LOL.

Hope, thanks for stopping by to visit me today. I love the picture, it is so serene and beautiful. I also wanted to ask you about some blue birds (not Blue Jays) that I remembered seeing in Virginia. They were on the small side, but were a very vibrant blue color. Do you know what these birds are called? I don't know if they would be in your part of Virginia, but was just wondering since I had seen them there before.

Thanks!
Sandra

Yes Hope you know where my heart is. Where should I stay in Lancaster. i wanna be close to the Amish and not up town.
The Bird on the doorknob is the one my client had that made me do the search. Yes I will add a smaller or few smaller ones beside the large one.
